These tips will ensure your chair is adjusted to fit you.
- With your feet flat on the floor, adjust the seat height to ensure your knees and hips maintain a 90-degree angle.
- Set the back support tension to allow for some muscle contraction.
- The depth of the seat pan should allow a clearance of two to three fingers between the back of the legs and the front of the chair.
- Adjust the lumbar support to fit the natural S-curve of your back.
- Arm rests should not be used when typing. Adjust the height to just below the elbows.
