Research shows that increasing indoor air quality and ventilation rates improve employee health. But, what’s the impact on worker performance? In 2017, Joe Allen and his colleagues from Harvard University conducted a study to answer this question. Research Director Blake McGowan, CPE, explains the findings in the video below.
In summary, better air quality improves worker performance and brings a sizable financial benefit, to the amount of $6,500 per person per year.
