Coming Soon! Ergonomics Process Owner Virtual Seminar Series
We’re excited to announce that we’ve taken our popular in-person seminar and turned it into a virtual series. Over the course of three short sessions (one per week), you’ll learn how to build and document a sound workplace ergonomics plan and get expert advice from our board-certified ergonomist and trainer.
During the first week, attendees will build the foundation by learning how to draft a written ergonomics plan and establish a team before initiating a continuous improvement process. The second week covers how to create the framework, and will offer solutions on how to overcome two of the most common challenges: gaining buy-in and communicating progress. In the last week, attendees will finalize the plan with advice on defining the roles and responsibilities of ergonomics team members, in understanding how to provide the right training to ensure program success, and implementing a timeline for process execution.
