The question, “What methods are used to justify and implement improvements?” was asked to clients at this year’s Humantech System® Summit user conference. Certified ergonomist Mike Hoonhorst shares the answers in the video below.

The three best practices include:

  1. Get corporate buy-in. Ensure the value proposition is communicated throughout the organization.
  2. Market your success. Communicate ergonomics successes to employees, even if they are not directly involved.
  3. Establish a project pipeline. This ensures projects are ready when the opportunity arises.
