Ergonomics Best Practices: Part 3 – Follow-up Assessments

We asked our clients the question, “What should I keep in mind when conducting follow-up assessments?” at this year’s Humantech System Summit® user conference. Their answers are captured in the third installment of this video series.

The primary responses include:

  1. Validate the risk has been reduced after the job improvement.
  2. Reprioritize job improvements based on the risk scores.
  3. Assign a champion to ensure follow-up assessments are being made.
