Four Tips for Setting Up Multiple Monitors

It’s becoming more and more common to use multiple monitors to facilitate work. To avoid injury from awkward postures, watch the video below.

These tips will ensure your monitors are set up properly.

  1. When using two monitors, the primary should be placed directly in front of the user, with the secondary beside it. For more tips on the basic set up of a computer monitor, watch this video.
  2. If both monitors are considered primary, place them as close together in the middle of the workstation to minimize twisting.
  3. If the primary and secondary monitors are a different size, place them in a vertical orientation and ensure the center of both devices are at the same height.
  4. If three or more monitors are required, place them together to minimize head movement.
