    I really enjoyed the first 2 HT Whiteboard videos discussing “Leading Change”. It requires leadership willing to give up decision-making power that may take strategy into a different direction.

    You are right, success is dictated by leadership willingness to empower us to drive the ergonomics process forward. Our job is to give them every reason to trust us. I’m just finishing an e-book on this topic and it should be released in the next couple of weeks.

    Quick question: Do you feel the challenge for decision-making is for money, or for the time and activities you need to accomplish your goals?

    In most cases the decisions come down to lack of resources, both financial and human.
