I frequently come across articles and blog posts talking about how companies want to enhance and improve their company culture. This blog post in The Windsor Star discusses how financial improvements can result from culture changes, which I find fascinating. However, it doesn’t hit on the specific tactics used to improve work culture. What better way to change a culture than showing a commitment to your people that you want a better life for them? A well-designed and executed ergonomics process will engage the workforce and improve the workplace to reduce injuries and lead to operational excellence. A happier workforce and productivity gains—sounds like a culture shift any company would (and should) embrace!
