The Spider ILD 02 is a radio-controlled slope mower is a great concept, unfortunately it is not commercial grade as sold to us. We purchased one to mow the slopes on the highway and when it is running it does do a great job. The machine breaks down a LOT did I say a lot, and of course everything that breaks is not covered under their weak warranty. We have spent the cost of close to another machine on down time parts and repairs. If you are mowing one or two areas once a month it will do great but if you intend on mowing everyday with it save your money

The Spider mower listed above was wrecked and the customer has yet to pay even the first bill going on a year now. If you can’t keep up with your service don’t blame it on the equipment. So as far as the cost of down time, this customer never paid for the parts. As far as down time we loaned this customer another machine for free and may I state with no problems. The problem with this Spider mower is the owner at this point and it affects the whole company.
