James Mallon chairs the Senior Leadership Team and directs client-serving activities across domestic and international markets.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, James obtained a Master of Science degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He completed a Masters of Business Administration at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario in Canada. James is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and has received recognition as a Certified Professional Ergonomist. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and two children.
