Roberta Bartlett, Controller, directs the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management. She is responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, accounting practices, conducting relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, maintaining fiscal records, and preparing financial reports.
Prior to joining Humantech, Roberta worked for Oakwood Business Services in Ann Arbor, Michigan as an Accounting Manager, where she was responsible for all accounting functions and staff, as well as client relations.
Roberta earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan. She also has earned a Certified Human Resource Executive (CHRE) certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in Lansing, Michigan.
